We are over-excited to announce that ROMGOS BIO ENERGIA starts a new chapter of sustainable development by implementation of ESG strategy in all ROMGOS Group companies.
- E for Environmental and Environment: We want to protect our planet actively. There are plans for implementation of initiatives that shall lower our carbon footprint, optimize natural resources consumption and shall implement sustainable practices in our entire supply chain.
- S for Social and Society: People who are the heart of our activity. Our objective is supporting diversity and teambuilding in a workplace. We care for well-being and taking part in social actions that support local society.
- G for Governance or a Corporate Order: transparency, responsibility and reliability are the principles that constitute foundations of our activity. We pursue the highest ethical standards in our company’s management by putting effort in our stakeholders’ long-term trust.
The ESG team led by Board of Management Representative Michal Miziewicz and Project Coordinator, Aneta Szczepańska, is now analysing current management condition in ROMGOS Group with reference to the environmental (E), social (S) and governance issues (G). We perform project work. The team comprises our colleagues from different sectors of our company: Anna Antczak, Paweł Napiorkowski, Monika Kowalewska, Magdalena Pierscińska-Zmyslony, Radosław Jankowski, Agnieszka Paluszkiewicz, Robert Kosiorowski, Kamil Kubiak, Krystian Stachowski, Aneta Szczepańska, Przemyslaw Bialas, Romgos Bio Energia CEO, Edyta Grzymska, Marcin Bartczak, Michalina Gruszczyńska-Minta, Magdalena Michalak, Dariusz Lukaszyk, Dominik Sabura and Marcin Niedziela.
