As a company responsible for design and construction of organic fertilizers and fuels production plants, Romgos Bio Energia also provides their Clients with technical support in starting and operating the plants.

Our investments are of closed-circuit plants. Using agricultural and food waste they make a circular waste management system.

The first stage of the investment process is elaborating a comprehensive design concept tailored to the client’s individual needs and requirements. This phase begins with a detailed technical and economic analysis. It enables evaluation of the investment’s profitability and helps in planning optimal technological solutions.

The analysis stage consists of the steps below

Defining project’s objectives and client’s expectations
Performing a cost-benefit analysis of the investment, including evaluation of profitability, point of return, operating and capital costs analysis
Performing a comprehensive technical and economic analysis of the project, evaluation of the investment potential which implies the key success and risk factors

Installation design

The Romgos Bio Energia project team works on an installation comprehensive design. We create personalised solutions tailored to particular client’s needs. We provide compliance with legal requirements and obtaining necessary permissions.

This stage comprises of following steps:

Defining technology of organic fertilizers production with reference to the type of raw materials and fermentation, composting, separation and refining processes
Defining production processes parameters such as temperature, humidity, duration of production stages
Elaborating complex project documentation such as buildings and installation plans, technological charts, equipment specifications, operation and maintenance manuals
Obtaining necessary administrative permissions required for the project realization

Construction

Romgos Bio Energia provide their clients with complex maintenance services of the plant, with systematic inspections, maintenance and repairs. Our technical staff provides continuous operation of devices and compliance with safety and environmental protection requirements.

Substrates acquisition

Particular attention at Romgos Bio Energia is assigned to the process of substrates acquisition, that is organic raw materials necessary in organic fertilizers and fuels production. The process is crucial to ensure the continuity of production and the quality of the final products.

At this stage we provide:

Analysis of available organic raw materials such as plant residues, manure and food waste
Defining the best sources of raw materials regarding their availability, costs and quality
Constant monitoring of the organic raw material market and adaptation of raw material sourcing strategies to changing market and supply conditions
