This document establishes the frames for our future cooperation in know-how exchange on biogas and biomethane from agricultural and organic waste production solutions and technological solutions implementation towards biogas and biomethane local production growth. It also strengthens business relations with Danish green energy companies.
„For years the Danish biogas sector has become a strong green energy supplier and has been demonstrating innovative and alternative solutions on the market with a high political priority. Denmark is a leader in biogas and other alternative sources of energy because public institutions and market entities work closely on the basis of public and private partnership. High biomass resources helped Denmark in achieving 40% participation of biomethane in gas network. Denmark is pursuing 100% of biomethane participation in gas network until 2023 and carbon dioxide reductions by 70% with regard to the levels in 1990. Signing the contract today between the Trade Department of Royal Danish Embassy and ROMGOS Group in green energy from biogas and biomethane production is an obvious sign of constant improvement in biogas sector. We hope that our inventive cooperation between public institutions, industry, academic environment and local society shall support and shall be beneficial for Polish and Danish biogas sector as a whole.” – says Jeppe Juul Petersen, Attaché Royal Danish Embasssy in Poland, Regional Team Leader for food and agriculture in Central- and Eastern Europe.
The Romgos Group is aspiring to play active role in energy market transformation by contributing to development of biomethane market in Poland. Therefore they’re planning construction of modern and technologically advanced organic fertilizers and fuels production plants.
„One of our companies, Romgos Bio Energia is currently obtaining administrative permissions related to the construction of several innovative installations. They are planned to process organic waste to fertilizers and biomethane. This shall reduce the necessity of storing the waste when significant amount of methane is released to the atmosphere and thus it could negatively impact the environment. This is how we meet the requirements of RED II and RED III directives. We are therefore glad about the cooperation with our Danish friends who are more advanced in biogas and biomethane production technological solutions implementation” – says Miszel Gwiazdowski, The President of the Management Board.
Romgos Bio Energia provides construction of organic fertilizers and fuels production facilities. The company constitutes a part of Romgos Group. Not only the Group has been delivering investments in the power and gas construction market for 25 years but also in general construction and renewable energy segment.
